BridgeURL is an application for sharing multiple links with one URL. By pasting the URLs into the app, one link is provided for the group of sites. It was created to make link sharing easy.
BridgeURL is a new site and no history or traffic information is available.
BridgeURL creates one URL for groups of links so users can send one link that leads to a slideshow of the pages. This makes sharing multiple sites easier.
The application is simple. Users choose a title for their list and then add the URLs of the sites they want included. When finished, BridgeURL creates a standard and shortened link for the group.
The link leads to what appears to be a slideshow of the pages. There are arrows to scroll through the sites, and each is fully viewable.
Note that this does not work Facebook or MySpace pages as block iFrames technology.
No registration necessary. This means that links are not saved and users will have to bookmark them if they wish to save them.
BridgeURL is free to use.
This application has a wide range of appeal. Sending multiple links over Twitter or Facebook will appeal to users of those social networking sites. It also simplifies sending links via email or chat.
